00 / What you get

Five pages, built by hand, in your trade’s language.

Same structure every time — home, services, about, contact, reviews — and a different look for every business. These are our own layouts, not templates you will recognise from three competitors down the road.

Example website design: Photography portfolio. Editorial layout, restrained palette.

Build

Something to send people

A fast five-page site that says what you do and which South Bay cities you do it in.

Example website design: Plumbing & heating. Emergency call-out, service-area trade.

Get found

Show up in the search

One page per service, one per city worth targeting — added steadily, not all at once.

Example website design: Dental practice. Treatments, fees, online booking.

Stay trusted

Turn the click into a call

“Booked a 9am window and the tech showed up just after 11. Work itself was fine but nobody called me.”

Owner reply

Thanks for saying so. An 11am arrival on a 9am window is on us, and you should have gotten a call. Our dispatcher now texts a live ETA when a job runs long. I’d like to credit the trip charge — call the shop and ask for Dana.

Sample reply, written to show the tone. AI drafts it; a human reads and approves it before it posts.

Why the profile comes before the website

Across the local ranking factors anyone can actually control, the Google Business Profile carries the largest single share — roughly a third. Reviews are another sixth and rising. Directory citations, which most agencies sell hardest, are worth about seven percent and plateau after thirty or forty listings.

So we start where the weight is. Categories first, then reviews and replies, then completeness. The website grows underneath it.

02 / What we sell

One system. Three parts that feed each other.

A website nobody finds stays quiet. Traffic that lands on an ignored profile doesn’t book. Build it, get it found, keep it trusted — most owners end up running all three.

Part 1 — Build

Something to send people

A fast five-page site that says what you do and which South Bay cities you do it in.

Part 2 — Get found

Show up in the search

One page per service, one per city worth targeting — added steadily, not all at once.

Part 3 — Stay trusted

01 / BUILD

5-Page Website

$250 once, then $40/mo

“Will I finally have something to send people that doesn’t embarrass me?”

  • Home, Services, About, Contact, Reviews
  • Responsive on every phone
  • Written for one keyword per page
  • Fast by construction — no page builder
  • Custom domain setup support
  • $40/mo covers hosting, updates and uptime

A foundation, stated plainly: five pages is presence and credibility, not a ranking package. Growing past it is what the retainer is for.

02 / GET FOUND

SEO & Search Visibility Retainer

  • One service or city page at a time
  • Keyword rank tracking
  • Continuous technical auditing
  • Monthly performance reporting

Sold as work performed monthly. We never guarantee rankings.

04 / Where we work

Local means local. Here is exactly how far that goes.

We’re a service-area business based in Milpitas. Everything inside about a 30-minute drive is somewhere we can realistically compete in the map pack. We will tell you when you fall outside it.

05 / Straight answers

What owners ask us first.

Is a bot replying to my customers?

No. AI drafts the reply, a human reads it and approves it before it posts. Nothing goes live unattended, and you can veto any reply before it appears on your profile.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody credibly can, and anyone who does is selling you something. We guarantee the work and report it to you monthly.

What we will tell you is the timeline: Google Business Profile changes usually show movement in days to weeks. A new website ranking organically takes three to six months. Those are two different clocks and we set expectations on both.

Am I locked in?

Monthly. Cancel any time. The website is a one-time $250 either way, and it stays yours.

Do you work outside the South Bay?

We build and rank websites for businesses anywhere in the Bay Area, and we say plainly which parts of that we can and cannot move.

For the map pack — the three businesses in the box above the results — proximity to the searcher is roughly 55% of the ranking, and no amount of SEO overrides it. From our Milpitas base that means Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Fremont, Cupertino, Mountain View, Campbell, Los Gatos and Palo Alto are realistic. San Francisco and Oakland are an organic play only. Los Angeles and Las Vegas we decline, because one profile cannot legitimately cover three metros.

Five pages is not many. Is that enough to rank?

On its own, no, and we would rather say so than sell you a foundation as a finished building. Local service businesses that rank well typically run 8 to 20 pages — roughly one per service you sell, one per city worth targeting, plus home, about, reviews and contact.

The five-page build is presence and credibility: something to send people, somewhere for a search result to land. The retainer is what grows it — 8 to 12 real pages by month three, 15 to 25 inside the first year, one at a time.

Call to book.

We'll tell you where to start, walk you toward the full system when you're ready, and if none of it fits, we'll say that too.

A person answers. Fixed prices: $250 + $40/mo, $199/mo, $175/mo — or all three for $325/mo.
