Proof

We sell reputation management. So this page has to be honest.

Every competitor ranking above us leads on proof. We are new and we do not have much yet — so rather than manufacture it, here is exactly where we stand and what we will do with this page as that changes.

Client reviews · currently none published

There is nothing here yet, and that is the true answer.

We could fill this page in ten minutes with unattributed quotes. Plenty of agencies have. But a reputation company with a fabricated reputation page is not a company you should hand your Google profile to, and you would have no way of checking.

So: no testimonials until they are real, named, from a business we can point you at, and published with permission. When they arrive they go here with the client’s name, their company, their city and where the review came from. Including the ones that are not flattering.

What we will publish here, and what we won't

Will:the client’s name, their business, their city, and where the review was left, so you can go and verify it. Negative reviews with our reply underneath, unedited.

Won’t:anonymous quotes. “A client in the South Bay.” Stock photography of people who are not our clients. Screenshots we cannot link to. Star ratings we invented for our own schema.

The method

How we answer a review, since that’s what you’d be buying.

Every reply is drafted by AI, read by a human, and approved before it posts. Nothing goes live unattended. Here is the shape of a good one.

Answer within 24 hours, every time

Reply rate is a visible, controllable signal and most profiles are terrible at it. We target 80% and above across the whole profile, including the backlog nobody ever touched. Reviews are worth roughly a sixth of controllable local ranking weight and rising — and the reply is the part a future customer reads.

Name the failure. Do not explain it away.

The instinct on a bad review is to defend, and it is always the wrong instinct, because the audience is not the person complaining. It is the next customer deciding whether to call. A reply that concedes the specific thing that went wrong reads as a business worth trusting. A reply that argues reads as a business that will argue with you too.

Say what changed

“We’re sorry you had this experience” is content-free. “Our dispatcher now texts a live ETA when a job runs long” is a business that fixed something. Specifics are also what AI answer engines quote when they summarise a company, which is a second reason to write like a human with actual details.

Mention the service and city naturally, or not at all

A reply that reads “thank you for choosing us for your Milpitas water heater repair Milpitas plumber services” is worse than a reply that says nothing. Write it the way you would say it out loud.

Ask on every completed job

Velocity beats lifetime count. Forty reviews with four from this month outperforms two hundred that stopped in 2023 — for the algorithm and for the person reading them. Ask in person, while the work is visibly done.

Never incentivise. It is explicitly against Google’s rules and puts the listing at risk. The full method is in the guide.

Straight answers

Questions about this page.

Why is your reviews page empty?

Because we are new, and the alternative was worse. We sell reputation management — inventing testimonials, buying them, or filling the page with stock quotes would disqualify us from the thing we are asking you to pay for.

The page exists now, unfilled, because it will fill up and because you should be able to check. If a competitor has forty glowing testimonials with no names, no companies and no links, that is worth noticing.

Will you publish a bad review of yourselves?

Yes, and we will answer it here with our name on the answer. That is precisely the standard we hold clients to, and a policy that only applies when the reviews are good is not a policy.

Can you get my bad review taken down?

No. Google removes reviews that violate its policies — impersonation, conflicts of interest, off-topic content, harassment — and where that genuinely applies we will report it and tell you what happened.

A real customer who had a bad experience stays up. What changes the outcome is the reply, because the next customer reads both.

Do you pay for reviews or offer discounts for them?

No. Incentivising reviews is explicitly prohibited by Google and it risks the profile you depend on for a handful of stars.

We ask. On every completed job, at the moment the work is done and the customer is standing there pleased about it. That works better than a discount and it does not put the listing at risk.

We're new and we're not pretending otherwise. What we'll trade you for that is unusual attention and a price that reflects it.
